1. At the first time, Bruno ate some poison(barium carbonate) which was kept on the floor of library. After eating he can't move his limbs and got paralysed. The narrator take him to the hospital and doctor gave him 10c.c injection. After some days, he was able to walk and run. At the second time, he had drunk engine oil but it doesn't show any effect on Bruno.
2. Yes, Bruno was surely a loving and playful pet. Now, Bruno was grown up and most of the time had to be kept chained too. So, he was getting too big to keep at home. Hence, everyone advised them to give Baba to the zoo at Mysore. That's why, he have to be sent away
3. Bruno was not feeling happy after getting separated from the narrator's family. He was getting weak. When the narrator's wife went to Mysore to meet Bruno, she felt sad after seeing his pitiful condition. She decided to get Baba back home. The narrator and his wife made a special arrangements for Bruno and gave all facilities for him. At last, Bruno was got back home in a small cage.
