1. Microorganisms are still used in food production.

2. Most microorganisms are used in the process of fermentation.

3. Mostly microorganisms are used in the preparation of curd,bread,yogurt, cheese,etc.

4. As well as in the fermented fishes ,

foods , vegetables, etc..

5. And microorganism yeast us used in the preparation of bread.

6. Lactobacillus bacteria is used in the preparation of curd.
