  1. All plants are autotrophs and some plants also depend on eating insects to fulfill their requirements to some extent.
  2. Stomata - The are used to circulate air through the plant.
  3. Chlorophyll- This pigment is used in the process of photosynthesis and it also determines the colour of the plant

Answer:

a. All plants are not autotrophs . Green plants which can make their own food by using simple inorganic raw materials such as carbondioxide and water with the help of sunlight energy are called autotrophs . but the non green plants are not autotrophs as they cannot make their food by this process as they dont have green pigment called chlorophyll .

so all plants are not autotrphs only green plants and some autotrophic bacteria are autotrophs . Non-green plants are not autotrophs.

b.i. Stomata helps in exchanging of various

gases through its pores .

ii. It helps in throwing out the excess water that is not needed by plants through Transpiration.

Chlorophyll helps in trapping sunlight energy and helps the plants in making food .
