1. What do you mean by rotation of the earth ?

→ Earth spins around its axis, just as a top spins around its spindle. This spinning movement is called Earth’s rotation.

2. What do you mean by weather ?

→ Weather is the state of the atmosphere, describing for example the degree to which it is hot or cold, wet or dry, calm or stormy, clear or cloudy..

3. Differentiate between land and sea breeze.

→ ★ Sea Breeze – Breeze that blows from the massive water bodies are termed as Sea Breeze. These types of breezes normally occur during the summer and spring season.

★ Land Breeze – The name says it all. The wind that blows from the land is either called land breeze or and Offshore breeze. This type of breeze normally occurs during the night and early morning.

4. How is dew different from frost ?

→ Now frost is a covering of ice crystals on the surface produced by the depositing of water vapor to a surface cooler than 0° C (32° F). The deposition occurs when the temperature of the surface falls below the frost point. Similarly, dew forms when the air or surface temperature falls below the dew point temperature.
