Write about the possible difficulties during
mountain climbing
climbing ? any three
Answers
Answer:
The absolute physical challenge when climbing a mountain is negotiating movement with as much efficiency and as little expenditure as possible while keeping a mental cool. This is what is known as endurance.
To summit a mountain requires a self-awareness of body, mind and pacing, pacing, pacing.
Unbeknownst to the layman, the hardest part is actually descending the mountain (remember when you reach the top you are only half way). After many hours of physical and mental exhaustion one false step could lead to injury and, in many cases, death.
The best way to train for an extreme sport such as alpinism is to practice your endurance. This usually is in the form of hiking with a weighted backpack on long and rigorous terrain. The harder you train the more prepared your mind (mental will power) and body (muscle memory) will be for the heights of rock and ice.
I hope this helps!
