Due to industrialisation in Europe the indians suffered a lot. due to industrialisation textile industries grew and there was a huge demand for indigo. Thus the british started forcing the indian peasants to cultivate indigo in there lands. They took over the lands of the tribal people and started cultivating indigo there.
To transport their goods faster the british cleared the forests of the tribal people and built the railways. The tribals were thus deprived of their home,I.e,forest. By the Forest Act the British took over all the forest of India. They divided the forest into three parts-
i)Reservee forest
ii)Protected forest
iii)village forest
The tribals were only allowed to use the resources of the village forest which was not at all sufficient for them. The British used the resourses of the other forests in their factories and industries.
With the development of the industries the British started making goods at a higher and faster rate. Although the Indian goods were better in quality they were costly and could not meet the demand. The indians made handmade goods but the british made machine made goods. Thus the indian market also suffered a loss.

hope it helps.....
