h=4cm
let r be the radius of it's base .
then,2πr= 11cm
2×22/7×r = 11 cm
r= 11×7/44
r=77/44
r=7/4cm

volume of the cylinder =πr^2h cubic unit
=22/7×7/4×7/4×4
= 11×7/2
= 77/2
=38.5cm^3

hence, the volume of the cylinder is 38.5 cm^3.
