Total Distance = 2000 km - 1600 km

= 400 km

Time = 16 hrs

Therefore ,

Average speed = {\huge{\frac{Total\:Distance}{Time}}}

==> Speed = {\huge{\frac{400}{16}}} km/hr

==> Speed = 25 km/hr

==>Speed = 25 * 1000/3600 m/s

==> Speed = 25 * 5/18 m/s

==> Speed = 6.94 m/s

Distance in odometer before the journey = 1600 km

distance in odometer after journey = 2000 km

Distance traveled = 2000 - 1600 = 400 km

total time taken = 16 h

average speed = total distance traveled / total time taken

= 400/16

= 25 km/h
