Heya ☺
Given that
First angle = (30 - a)°
Second angle = (125 + 2a)°
Solution
We know that if the sum of the measures of two angles is equal to 180° , then it is a supplementary angle.
according to question,
(30 - a) + (125 + 2a) = 180
=> 30 - a + 125 + 2a = 180
=> 155 + a = 180
=> a = 180 - 155
=> a = 25
Hence , first angle = (30 -25)° = 5°
second angle = (125 + 2 × 25)°
= (125 + 50)°
= 175°
Thanks

Since, (30-a) and (125+2a) are supplementary angles,
30-a+125+2a = 180
a+155 = 180
a = 180-155
= 25
Hence, the value of "a" = 25
30-a+125+2a = 180
a+155 = 180
a = 180-155
= 25
Hence, the value of "a" = 25
