Okay let's get those ratios in a simpler form

15¾ = 15 × 4 + 3/4 = 63/4

12½ = 12 × 2 + 1 = 25 /2

Now we have got their lengths and breaths so let's find the perimeter

perimeter = 2( l + b)

2 ( 63/4 + 25/2)

2 ( 63 + 50 /4

2 ( 113 / 4)

113/2 = 56.5

Hence the perimeter is 56.50 units

Hope it helps
