Answer:

1) The Knight was dressed in bright and attractive clothes.

2) In the poem Eldorado, the poet tells us about a brave and courageous Knight who had covered long distance in search of Eldorado until he grew old.

The lines from poem which tells us about the Knights conditions are—

(i) Gaily bedlight,

A gallant Knight,

In sunshine and in shadow,

Had journeyed long,

Singing a song,

In search of Eldorado.

(ii) But he grew old—

This Knight so bold—

And o'er his heart a shadow fell.

3) The lines 'A gallant Knight.' and 'And this Knight so bold.' tells us that the Knight was courageous.

4) The phrase that tells us that the Knight became despondent is 'And o'er his heart a shadow.'
