Force F = G m1 m2 ÷ d^2
d = distance.
G = universal gravitational constant.
m1 & m2 are masses of the two bodies.
d1 = initial distance. d2 = final distance.
F1 = initial force. F2 = final force.

So F1 / F2 = (d2 / d1)^2
So 1000/20 = (d2/d1)^2
d2 = d1 × 5 × sqrt(2).

Increase distance to 5×sqrt2 times initial.

A2002: Sir I think wrong soltion and answer.
kvnmurty: The Above answer is correct
A2002: Write is this. F1/F2=d2sq/d1sq. 1000/50=d2sq/d1sq. 20= d2sq/d1sq. 20d1sq=d2sq. On changing the side of sq. 20d1=d2.
A2002: Sorry sir for hert but it's my opinion

A2002: Am I right or wrong
kvnmurty: Square? ?
