embryo :- During fertilisation, the male and the female gametes fuse with each other to give rise to a single-celled zygote. The zygote undergoes repeated division to give rise to the embryo

gametes :- mature haploid male or female germ cell which is able to unite with another of the opposite sex in sexual reproduction to form a zygote.

ovule :- the part of the ovary of seed plants that contains the female germ cell and after fertilization becomes the seed
