I think so that the ques. is wrong because time cannot be 0 . it can be in points

rohirestle: OK JUST TELL ME THE PROOCEDURER
rohirestle: how to solve this question
Akanshasingh1: i don't know just i know that if you press the key the it will obviously take some time so time cannot be 0

Final Answer : Option 4)

Steps:
1) At t = 0s, capacitor just starts charging so it can be replaced with a wire.
Hence, current through
AB will be I = 2/(1000) = 2mA

Here, Current will not pass through resistor in right side as wire at t=0 is free with capacitor which is not charged.

2) At t = inf, Capacitor will be fully charged and hence no current will pass through it.

I = 2/2000 = 1 mA

After that current will change but it will not oscillate .

JinKazama1: :)
rohirestle: so the capacitor when fully charged current does not flow
JinKazama1: Yes, When current will be fully charged current will not flo$n through through capacitor
JinKazama1: But i+ will flow th%ough Right side resistor
JinKazama1: capacitor*
rohirestle: there is only one capacitor..
JinKazama1: yes, then it will flow through right side resistor only
JinKazama1: That's why, I = 2 / 1000+1000 = 2/ 2000 = 1mA
rohirestle: thanks yar
JinKazama1: Yep, Enjoy √√
