132 species of plants and animals are listed in the endangered list of India. There are several reasons for this situation, some of them are as follow :

1) as people are doing illegal trade of animals.

2) various animals get injured or even die in car accidents.

3) because of deforestation on a very large scale.

4) Because of pollution, less land to survive, etc.

5) some of endangered animals are lion, Indian bison,one horned rhino, etc.
