Answer:

10 J is the amount of work done .

Charge is - 200 C and the charge is moved from A to B .

V(b) - V(a) = 10 J

⇒ -200×V(B) + 200×V(A) =10 J

⇒ 200 V(A) - 200 V(B) = 10

⇒ 20 V(A) - 20 V(B) = 1

⇒ 20 V(A) - 20 V(B) > 0

⇒ 20 V(A) > 20 V(B)

⇒ V(A) > V(B)

Potential of A is more .

Both the point A and B have higher potential. As when the electricity passes from A to B  then the stored potential energy changes into kinetic energy and slowly the potential energy becomes 0 and again when the electricity reaches to B then the kinetic energy becomes 0 as it converts into potential energy.
