Set this whole lot of puzzle in such kind of equation given below. Note that the empty brackets will act as the boxes of the puzzle.

( ) + 13 × ( ) ÷ ( ) + ( ) + 12 × ( ) - ( ) - 11 + ( ) × ( ) ÷ ( ) - 10 = 66

The numbers are to be placed in the grid from left to right. The first set of numbers can be an example. They are :- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and 9

The first box can have the possibility of 9 different numbers. 8 for the second box. 7 for the third and eventually 1 possibility for the last box.

There can be many solutions to this equation. If we discuss about it, there can be 136 solutions and one of them is :-

1+13*2/6+4+12*7-8-11+3*5/9-10 = 66

Right here, you'll need to apply parentheses and a bit of your logic. First fill these boxes with ascending orders of the numbers 1-9. You'll get an answer pretty close to 66 and that is 52.8. Now set them in the descending order and you'll again get a pretty close answer of 70.85.

The need of your logic must be applied in changing the positions of the numbers so as to get 66. The answer above fits perfectly with other 135 equations.
