Ans.1. To encourage our friends and everyone to give more importance to knowledge than marks, we must speak or give a speech about this in school assembly. We must give examples of famous personalities like Albert Einstein, who was the poorest student in his school but later on became one of the greatest scientists/physicists in the history.

Ans.2. To discourage rote learning, the we can request to teachers to talk to parents about it in the PTA Meeting. And thus, encourage them to discourage rote learning.
