its answer should be 10 but its answer is 4.. how?

$\sqrt{8 + 2 \sqrt{8 + 2 \sqrt{8 + ......} } } = x$
$\sqrt{8 + 2x} = x$
${x}^{2} = 2x + 8$
${x}^{2} - 2x - 8 = 0$
$x = \frac{2 + 6}{2} \frac{2 - 6}{2}$
$x = 4$
this is the proper method the above one might not always work
