1) Partial pressure of He is 0.33 atm.
2) Partial pressure of O2 is 0.52 ATM.

selena17: what is As,??
selena17: i need the formula and technique of solving this
rafimallickgals: P1×V1=P2×V2
selena17: just this
rafimallickgals: Wait for a while.........please
selena17: okk
rafimallickgals: P1×V1=P2×V2
rafimallickgals: P1×V1=P2×V2
P1=Pressure of he in 200ml vessel
V1=Volume of He initially
P2=Final partial pressure of He
V2=Final volume of vessel.
Therefore,
0.66×200
=>P2×400
=>P2=0.32atm
Hence, partial pressure of he is 0.32

Next initially O2 is present at 0.52 atm of 400ml and then it is placed on 400ml vessel .
Hence the partial pressure of O2 is 0.52.
rafimallickgals: Is this useful...
selena17: oh thank you soooo much
