Explanation:

As it is assumed that this given sequence will code for amino acids . Translation i.e. formation of polypeptide chain from mRNA takes place from 5' to 3' end. 1st codon ( a set of 3 amino acid , UAA) is the stop codon , it donot code for any amino acid.

next to UAA is AUG which is a start codon and codes for amino acid ( methionine) then ACC CAU UGG UCU CGU will also code for their respective animo acids that are Thr , his, try ,ser arg. Next to CGU is UAG and it is a stop codon.

so in total 6 amino acids are being coded.
