when the displacement is 0 mean a body stops on its starting point then the velocity will becomes zero.

suppose a body moves in a straight line then in that condition its velocity will become zero or not
if the body moves in in any direction then its displacement will become zero not a velocity becomes zero . without any specific value of velocity body cant be said in motion
