when you turn it once, number of outcomes = 6 (just like when a dice is rolled)
When you turn it twice, number of outcomes = 6^2 = 36 (just like when two dice are rolled)
a/b > 1
or a > b
Favourable outcomes = {2,1 ; 3,1 ; 3,2 ; 4,1 ; 4,2 ; 4,3 ; 5,1 ; 5,2 ; 5,3 ; 5,4 ; 6,1 ; 6,2 ; 6,3 ; 6,4 ; 6,5}
(here first number is the outcome of first rolling and second number is the outcome of second rolling, like a,b )
So favourable outcomes = 15
probability of (a/b > 1) = 15/36 = 5/12
So
