first we need to convert the mixed fraction to improper fraction -

18 \frac{2}{5}  =  \frac{92}{5}

7 \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{15}{2}

 \frac{92}{5}  \times  \frac{15}{2}

 =  138

so its total cost will be 138.
