yes it can sink in kerosene oil because density of kerosene is less than ice

ice could sink in kerosene, acetone, alcohol (ethyl,methyl,propyl), ammonia (aqua), benzene, cyclopentane, gasoline, naptha, propane, and vegetable oil. Anything with a lower density than ice will cause it to sink
