Hey!!!

We have
 \alpha  +  \beta  = 24

and

 \alpha  -  \beta  = 8
Adding both

 \alpha  +  \beta  +  \alpha  -  \beta  = 24 + 8

2 \alpha  = 32

Thus

 \alpha  = 16
Similarly

 \beta  = 8

Required Quadratic Polynomial =

 =  > k( {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta )

=> k(x² - 24x + 128) is the required Quadratic Polynomial where k is any real number.

Hope this helps
