1 the constitution was amended to prevent elected MLA and MPs from changing party this was done because many many MP and MLA after winning the seat changes the party for the money.
2 the supreme court passed an order to reduce the influence of money and criminal. it made it mandatory that at the candidate who contest the election has to file an affidavit giving details of his property and criminal cases pending against him.
3 it should be made mandatory for the political parties to give a minimum number of tickets about one third to the women candidates and giving quota for women in the decision making in political parties.
4 the election commission passed an order making it necessary for the political party to hold their organisational election and file their income tax return.
