length = 60 m

breadth = 45

area = length * breadth

60 * 45 = 2700m^2

then a a cemented path way is built all around it 1m

then add 1m +1m to length and breadth

length = 60+1 +1 = 62m

breadth = 45+1+1 = 47 m

area = 2914 m^2

area of path way = area of big rectangular ( added path way side) - area of playground
