Motivation to Work is a better opinion because when we work with our own decision or when we want to do some work on our own by getting motivated, we get hyped due to that and a lot of positive thoughts comes into our mind. If we work like this, there's 80% chance that we can make things work perfectly. On the other hand, If we will be forced to do the work than all we get to think is of negative thoughts and we start making things work badly. Hence, the only way we can succeed is by doing things work perfectly (work by getting motivated)
