Chief Seattle in his Washington speech, 1854 wants to convey some message to the White Chief. He reassures him that his speech never changes and he always sticks to his previous comments. He demands the respect the tribal people deserve. He demands the freedom for the tribal people to cultivate their beliefs, traditions and also respect for their land-rights. That is the way he can accept the proposal of the white settlers.

he argues that there are fundamental differences between the white people and the tribal ones. The tribal people don’t like the proud attitude of the white people.

hope it helps

Hey mate, here is your answer.

Chief Seattle wants to say that there are two complete different worlds in which they live. He is saying that God only came for the White People and not Native Indians (Red people). He says that it is absolutely unfair. He wants the nation to live as one and he doesn't want any discrimination between them. The Red Indians want help from the White Chief and the chief says that he will give them protection only on one task. The White people have no respect for their ancestors as they walk around the graveyard without any feelings or emotions. The Red people consider the grounds on which their ancestors walked very holy and sacred.

^_^ Hope this helped ^_^
