Mass of vehicle(M_{ A}): 3000kg

Initial velocity of vehicle(U_{A}): 2.5m/s

Final velocity of vehicle= Final velocity of hoarding (collision)

Let final velocity be V

Mass of Hoarding(M_{B})=200kg

Initial velocity of hoarding (U_{B})=0m/s

M_{A} U_{A} + M_{B} U_{B} = M_{A} V+M_{B} V

3000kg x 2.5m/s + 200kg x 0m/s =  3000kg x V + 200kg x V

7500kg m/s+ 0kg m/s = V(3000kg+200kg)m/s

7500kg m/s = V(3200kg)m/s

\frac{7500kg m/s}{3200kg} =Vm/s

2.34m/s
