Step-by-step explanation:

Dude its very easy... just follow my steps...

 =  \frac{ {27}^{3n + 1} }{ {9}^{n + 5} }  \times  \frac{ {81}^{ - n} }{ {3}^{3n - 7} }

 = \frac{ {3}^{3(3n + 1)} }{ {3}^{2(n + 5)} }  \times  \frac{ {3}^{4( - n)} }{ {3}^{3n - 7} }

using,

 {a}^{m \times (n)}  =  {a}^{mn}

 =\frac{ {3}^{9n + 3} }{ {3}^{2n + 10} }  \times  \frac{ {3}^{ - 4n} }{ {3}^{3n - 7} }

 {a}^{m}    \div   {a}^{n}  =  {a}^{m  - n}

using the above formula

 = {3}^{9n + 3 - 2n - 10}  \times  {3}^{ - 4n - 3n + 7}

 =  {3}^{7n  - 7}  \times  {3}^{ -7n + 7}

 =  {3}^{7n - 7n - 7 + 7}

 =  {3}^{0}

 = 1

Hope it helps you buddy....
