Given perimeter = 36m

Equal sides = 13m

So base =36-(2×13)=10m

Height =

 \sqrt{ {13}^{2}  -  {5}^{2} }

=

 \sqrt{169 - 25}

=

 \sqrt{144}

=12 m

Area= (b×h)/2

=

 \frac{10 \times 12}{2}

=

 \frac{120}{2}

=60 sq m

Given that per square meter cost is 17.50 rupees.

So for 60 sq m= 17.50×60= 1050 rs

Perimeter of The Isoceles Triangle=36 m

Equal Sides Of Isoceles Triangle is =13 m

Let In Given Figure.

AB And AC is Equal Sides

So

AB=13 m

AC=13

BC=?

Perimeter=Sum of Length of All Sides

AB+BC+AC=36

13+13+BC=36

BC=36-(13+13)

BC=36-26

BC=10 m

Now BC is Also The Is Also Base of Triangle.

AD bisect A is Height of of Triangle.

Now in ∆ADC

AD=?

DC=10/2=5m

AC=13 m

NOW ∆ADC IS ALSO A RIGHT ANGLE TRIANGLE.

SO,

In which

Base DC=5M

HYPOTENUSE AC=13M

HEIGHT AD=?

Height of Right Angle Triangle

 {height}^{} = \sqrt{ {hypotenuse}^{2} - {base}^{2} } \\ \\

Means

AD=√(AC²-DC²)

ad = \sqrt{13 {}^{2} - {5}^{2} } \\ \\ ad = \sqrt{169 - 25} \\ \\ ad = \sqrt{144} \\ \\

12²=144

AD=12 m

Height =12 m

Base=10 m

Now Painting Will be on Whole Surface.

Area=1/2×Base×Height

 \frac{1}{2} \times 10 \times 12 \\ \\ = 5 \times 12 \\ \\ = 60 \: {m}^{2}

Area Of Triangle Board=60 m²

Painting 1m²=₹17.5

Total Cost=60×17.5

=₹1050
