Ranjan his wife and their son want to close a river .but the ferryman was not available there was only small country boat.but they were warned that it will be dangerous to carry more than 60 kilograms. weight of Ranjan himself is 60 kilogram his wife weight is 40 kilogram and that of his son is 20 kilogram .can you tell them how to cross the river?

1st Boy and mother should go because 20+40=60
Then the boy should come back on boat
Then Ranjan should go and his wife should come back
Then the wife and the boy both should go
now all of then have crossed the river
