Its magnitude is given by

μ = q · r

where

μ=dipole moment

q=charge on atom

r=distance seperating the two charges atoms

In our question we see that there is electronegativity difference between the given atoms which induces dipole moment.

The dipole moment will be from the less electronegative atom to more electronegative atom

The electronegativity  order of the atoms are

N > O > Br > C > Si
