some of the differences includes -

1. The pitch of a sound depends on the frequency while loudness of a sound depends on the amplitude of sound waves.

2. Loudness does not change with the change in frequency. Pitch changes with the change in frequency. Lower frequency will produce bass sound, higher frequency will produce shrill sound.

3. Loudness is determined by the amount of sound energy received by ear in unit time. Pitch does not depend on the amount of energy received by the ear.

4. Loudness is measured in decibels(dB). Pitch is measured in hertz(Hz).
