option a is not the function of testosterone. During puberty raising level of testosterone encourages the growth of testicles,penis and pubic hair.the voice begins to deepen and muscles growth,and increasing sexual desire.the hypothylamus sends message to pituitary gland that how much testosterone is needed and then pitutary gland relays that information to testicles .testosterone also changes behavioral traits .it also helps in metabolic activity like helps man to burn fats more efficiently.
