According to law of conservation of mass.....mass of reactants is equal to mass of products....
Here mass of sodium carbonate and ethanoic acid should be equal to mass of sodium ethanote carbon dioxide and water.
So,
(5.3+6)gm=(8.2+2.2+0.9)gm
11.3gm=11.3gm
Hence it follows law of conservation of mass
