Diameter of cone =8 cm ⇒x=  4cm

\frac{4}{3 } \pi (R^{3}-r^{3} )=\frac{1}{3}\pi  x^{2}h

r=\frac{4}{2}=2cm ,   R=\frac{8}{2}=4cm

x=\frac{8}{2}=4cm ,  h=?

4(4^{3}-2^{3}  )=4^{2}*h

⇒4 ( 64 - 8 ) = 16 * h

h=\frac{56*4}{16}

⇒h=14

Therefore, height of cone is 14 cm.
