Yes according to Newton's first law of motion an abject continues to remain in constant velocity motion unless acted upon by a net unbalanced force. In this case net force is 0, so object will continue to move with constant velocity. Note that zero is just a special case of constant velocity motion.
So, yes it is possible. The conditions are :-
1. The magnitude of the velocity should remain constant.
2. The direction in which the object is moving should also NOT change.
