let cedric marble = x

brian marble= 4+x

anton marble = 3(4+x)

x+   4+x+  3(4+x) = 96

5x +16= 96

5x= 96-16

5x=80

x=80/5

x=16

                                                 cedric =16

                                                 brain = 20

                                                 anton  =60

Cedric = 16

Brian = 20

Anton = 60

16 + 20 = 36

36 + 60 = 96 and this follows the rules hence this is the answer
