Given :  Antonio predicted that he would sell 60 rugs, but he actually sold 82 rugs.

To Find : Expression to find the percent error

Solution:

Prediction  Actual       Error     Absolute Error

60              82              -22             22

Error =  Predicted Value  -  Actual Value

Percent error  = (absolute Error/ Predicted Value)  * 100

= (22/60) *100

=  110/3

Percent error  = 110/3  %

Expression for percentage error is   (22/60) *100
