An antonym is that word which means the opposite of the given word. For example, cold is the antonym for hot. Tall for short, and so on.
As the given word here is 'knowledge', I think 'unlearning' would be the most appropriate. Again, as none of the options given are exactly the opposite of the given word, I am just going by what makes sense, relatively.
