Anu loves to eat pizza but dosen't take enough green vegetables, her mother insists on eating green vegetables, fruits and milk. Explain why?

Green vegetables, fruits and milk provide a good nutritional value to our body which keeps our mind and body healthy. Green vegetables and fruits provide roughage, vitamins and minerals. The milk as well provides all the nutrients our body needs. It's a complete food. It provides calcium to our body. Anu's mother knows the nutritional value of the vegetables, fruits and milk. Eating pizzas and other junk foods is harmful for our health and it does not provide any nutritional value.
