Given : Anu, Rani and Miya are running around a circular track. Anu takes

100 seconds to complete one full circle, while Rani takes 150 seconds

and Miya requires 200 seconds to complete their circles.

Assume they started running together from the same line on the track and they are running at a uniform speed.

To Find :  After 20 minutes, who all will be at the starting point?

Solution:

20 minutes = 20  * 60  = 1200 secs

Anu takes 100 seconds to complete one full circle,

=> Anu completed circle in 1200 secs  = 1200/100 = 12

Anu will be at starting point

Rani takes 150 seconds to complete one full circle,

=> Rani completed circle in 1200 secs  = 1200/150 =  8

Rani   will be at starting point

Miya takes 200 seconds to complete one full circle,

=>Miya completed circle in 1200 secs  = 1200/200 =  6

Miya   will be at starting point

After 20 minutes all three will be at starting point.
