The greater one is -51. Subtract:
-51 -(-76) =-51+76 = 25.
If we subtract reverse we get -25. But difference should be calculated in positive. -51 is greater than -76. Because when we go left side of zero on number line, the value decreases. So, -1 is greater than -2 & -3.
We should subtract lowest number from highest number. So the difference is 25 degree celcius
