Some of the Limitations of Consumer Rights:

1. The Act doesn't specify, how people are to fight against the consumer frauds in daily small transactions where bills aren't issued, which makes it difficult for the consumer to provide proof.
2. It doesn't mention on what basis the court or the consumer or supplier   may quantify the loss occured, which includes direct loss, transportation charges, advocacy charges, goodwill, etc...
3. It doesn't cover nor does it specify in particular how the supplier is to deem legal remedies, if the consumer is a fraud.
