How doing excercise and stuffs can release the extra energy present in the form of fats or oil from our body?? Is it through the digestion mechanism, more the work we will do, more we will require energy, and firstly the stored energy will be converted into usable form and then the latter??

yes u r right,
firsty d energy which is stored in d form of glycogen n fats is utilised thorugh d metabolism activity as by doing extra excersises our body need extra enegry to overcome d loss of energy. of d fats which is already stored in our body starts getting converted into energy which can be further used by cells

#For doing exercise our body requires energy [in the form ATP] produced either by metabolism of food we take or the fat stored in our body and glucose stored as glycogen.
#Whenever the body does not have enough energy the metabolism of glycogen takes place converting it into glucose releasing energy.
#At stage of starvation our body starts breaking down the stored fats of our body to usable form to get energy.
