Hey mate!... Here is your answer.

* Chemical property of metals :

1) The density of metals is usually high.

2)Metals are malleable and ductile.

3)Not all metals react with water. However, highly reactive metals like sodium and potassium react with water violently and an exothermic reaction takes places where the hydrogen immediately catches fire.

4)Generally, metals are in a solid state at room temperature. Except for Mercury. Mercury is in a liquid state.

5)Some metals react with air and corrode. For e.g. Iron.

6)Salt and hydrogen are produced when a metal reacts with an acid.

* Chemical properties of non-metals:

1) Most nonmetals do not react with air in room temperature.

2) White phosphorus is the only nonmetal that reacts with air to form its oxide by burning.

3)Unlike metals, nonmetals aren’t malleable and ductile.

4)Nonmetals have a low density.

5)Nonmetals are poor conductors of heat and electricity. Graphite and Gas carbon are exceptions.

6)Nonmetals react more with metals than with nonmetals.

Hope this will help you!

Plz do mark it as a brainliest answer.
