Answer:

Section 49P of Indian Constitution says that if voter find out that someone has already voted by using his or her name they have right to file a issue on the election booth to  officer. They are allowed to register their name only after answering questions about their identity to the officer. They are allowed to caste their name on tendered ballot papers these types of votes are called tender vote.

49-O- If a voter has decided not to vote than they must be able to register a vote of rejection named as ‘refused’ to vote and this entry should be signed and provided by thumb impression by officer and voter.
